Mrs Lesley Cree
Director - BSc MCOptom Optometrist
Lesley graduated from Manchester University and became a registered Optometrist in 1988. Since then she has lived and worked locally. She has 3 children; Laura, Ben and Olly. She likes to play tennis on her day off and is also a regular skier.
Ben Cree
Director - BSc FDSC Dispensing Optician
Ben graduated from the University of Leeds in 2016 where he studied Business Management and has since graduated from Anglia Ruskin University to also become a qualified Dispensing Optician. Since taking on two more practices in Keyworth and Ruddington, Ben now shares his time between all 3 practices. He is in avid forest fan so can often be found at the City Ground at weekends.
Mrs Niamh Pearce
FBDO Dispensing Optician (Radcliffe)
Niamh graduated from Anglia University in 2000. She has worked in many places including Ireland, Cambridge, London, New Zealand and now Nottingham where she lives with her husband and twin daughters. She enjoys foreign travel and visiting her family in Ireland.
Steve Bradshaw
BSc MCOptom FBDO CL Optometrist (Radcliffe)
Steve works alongside Sarah on a Monday and Lesley on a Tuesday. He originally qualified as a dispensing optician before going on to qualify in Optometry in 2011. He has worked locally for many years, has 3 children and recently become a proud Grandad.
Mrs Ruth Bennett
MSc MCOptom Optometrist (Radcliffe)
Ruth graduated from Aston University and qualified as an Optometrist in 1997. Since then she has worked in hospital and community practice in the East Midlands. Ruth is the Deputy Lead Assessor for the College of Optometrists. She has 3 children, plays music and enjoys having a go at running the Nottingham Half Marathon (you will see her near the back!)
Hannah Murphy
BSc MCOptom Optometrist (Keyworth and Ruddington)
Hannah graduated from Bradford university and qualified in 2006.
She has worked in a multiple, hospital and children’s clinics and has her paediatric certificate.
She enjoys spending time with her 3 young children and when she gets a chance - she loved to sew and create!
Sarah Inchley
BSc MCOptom Optometrist (Radcliffe, Keyworth and Ruddington)
Sarah graduated from Aston University and qualified as an Optometrist in 1990. She has two sons in their 20s. She enjoys walking and skiing holidays and is a keen baker and sports watcher (having spent many years cheering her sons on the sidelines!)
Amanda Findlay
BSc MCOptom Optometrist (Ruddington and Keyworth)
Amanda graduated as an Optometrist in 1988 and has worked in Optics ever since! Now that the Ruddington and Keyworth practices have merged with Lesley Cree Opticians, Amanda now has more time to spend quality time with her family, often going on weekend trips to the countryside with her dog Barni.
Mrs Michele Peach-Fraser
Dispensing Advisor (Radcliffe)
She has a gorgeous son, Noah and enjoys spending time with her family and Labrador Walter. Her husband Stuart is a very talented Graphic Designer and designed our current branding.
Rachel Clarke
Dispensing Advisor (Radcliffe, Keyworth and Ruddington)
Rachel is the newest member of our team but has worked in optics for over 15 years! Most of her free time is spent looking after her twins, who are just about to join primary school!
Mrs Sarah Dexter
Receptionist (Radcliffe)
Sarah has worked at Lesley Cree's for the last 8 years as a receptionist. She lives in Radcliffe with her husband and three young boys. In her spare time Sarah likes to play tennis and has recently run the London Marathon for the RNIB.
Angela Brown
Dispensing Advisor (Radcliffe)
Angela has worked in Optics since she was 18 yrs old…a long time (she won’t tell us how long!) and has a passion for fashion and finding the perfect frame to suit. She has 2 gorgeous dogs “Winnie” and “Doris” and she also volunteers at Newstead Abbey doing the flower arranging when she has the time.
Gill Angus
Receptionist (Radcliffe)
Gill loves spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys watching most sports, going to the theatre and can always be found at a Proclaimers concert!
Julie Thurman
Dispensing Advisor (Radcliffe, Keyworth, Ruddington)
Julie has worked in an Opticians for over 30 years! She loves spending time with her family, particularly her young 2year old grandaughter who wears her out on a Monday! She enjoys going to Open Air Concerts and walking in the countryside (especially if there’s a tea/cake shop on the way!)
Michelle Tinlin
Manager (Ruddington and Keyworth)
Michelle has a wealth of optical experience having worked across the Keyworth and Ruddington practices for 15 years! In her free time when she is not walking her labradoor Izzy and her naughty Beagle pup, Hendra, she loves to get involved in the local community and runs a Slimming World group in West Bridgford and Keyworth.
Sandy Flavill
Dispensing Advisor (Ruddington)
Sandy has worked in the Ruddington practice for over 10 years and has built up a fantastic relationship with all of her patients! She loves to cook wild and wonderful cuisines and is extremely family orientated, very recently becoming an Auntie!
Hayley Edwards
Dispensing Advisor (Keyworth)
Hayley has worked at the Keyworth practice for over 10 years and has therefore built a wonderful relationship with all of her patients! She loves to book last minute holidays (particularly in the Winter to search for some sun!!) and is a big football fan, supporting Manchester United!
Bella Findlay
Optical Assistant (Radcliffe, Keyworth and Ruddington)
Bella has been helping her mum, Amanda, in her opticians practice since she was 13 years old! In between her Neuroscience studies at Nottingham University she helps regularly every Saturday and during holidays. She is an expert baker and often treats us to her delicious cakes and Brownies!
