On behalf of all at Lesley Cree Opticians, we want to say a huge thank you to everyone from Radcliffe on Trent who has shopped local and supported us over these past few months as we all continue to adapt to the challenges caused by COVID-19.

Times have been undoubtedly tough for everyone and we’ve all had to adapt to the guidelines surrounding a safe working environment, but thanks to our incredible staff and the support of all of you in our local community, we have been able to re-open and provide those that need it most with a high quality eye healthcare service.

With many of us currently on furlough or working from home, we have seen an influx of patients coming in to see us after feeling that their eyesight had deteriorated during lockdown because of the additional time spent in front of their TV, mobile phone or laptop.

In order to cater for the those wanting an eye examination, we are pleased to announce that we have recently opened a new testing room, which is also helping to us get through a back log of appointments.

Our testing rooms now feature our brand-new, state-of-the-art, Optos Monaco, laser eye scanner, which is currently one of only 15 machines in the country and ensures a more thorough examination of the health of your eyes.

Although we have increased our testing capacity, please rest assured, the health and well-being of our customers and our community is our upmost priority. As always, we will continue to follow all guidelines as directed  by the Government and our industry regulators and take every required precaution to ensure social distancing and sanitizing is maintained within the practice throughout your visit.
