New receptionist joins the team

We are pleased to announce the appointment of a new receptionist to our dedicated team of professionals here at our opticians practice in Radcliffe on Trent.

Sue Taylor joins the team bringing a wealth of experience with her, having spent the past 7 years working at a local GP Practice. Prior to that, Sue was a trained beauty therapist and partner in her own business based in Bingham.

n her new role, Sue will be responsible for meeting and greeting patients as well as organising eye test appointments and assisting with general administration needs.

Commenting, Sue said, “I am very happy to be joining Lesley and her dedicated team. I can’t wait to get my feet under the table and be part of an established practice that is committed to providing the local community with the very best standard of eye care.”

Lesley added “We are delighted that Sue will be joining us. She will help us maintain the high standards of customer service that we set ourselves and I have no doubts that her personality will shine through, and be a welcoming face for our patients to engage with upon their visit to the practice.”

In her spare time Sue enjoys antiques, collectables, gardening and interiors, and has recently just renovated a beautiful country cottage. She also enjoys walking her Labrador dog, Flo, in the countryside and cruising the Mediterranean whenever she gets chance.
